estates competition terms
- No staff member of Auto & General Insurance Company Limited and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and staff members or their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter the competition hosted by the Company.
- No persons under the age of 18 years may enter.
- The competition is only open for Estate Residents.
- The prize is not transferable and/or negotiable.
- The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence in this regard, will be entered into.
- Participants are automatically entered into the draw when they complete the question.
- Start date: 01 June 2009; End date: 10 July 2009.
- The draw will take place within 2 weeks of closing of the competition.
- There will be:
x1 Grand prize winner who will win R10 000 in cash
- The Grand prize winner will be notified telephonically and announced on www.autogen.co.za.
- All entrants will receive an SMS, thanking them for entering the competition and asking them if an A&G consultant can phone them back for a unique estate insurance quote.
- Prize will be valid regardless of the winning clients’ Auto & General insurance policy status.
- The winner agrees to co-operate with Auto & General in participating in any public relations exposure.
- The competition is only open to South African citizens and proof of citizenship will need to be presented by way of either a valid South African identity document of valid driver’s license.
- Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
