Service Charter
As a result of increased competition and more sophisticated client demands, a brand new service charter was launched during 2007 wherein we promise even greater service excellence.
The objectives of this new campaign are:
- to highlight Auto & General’s ability to consistently deliver on its promises
- to underscore the company’s track record of “firsts” in the market by being the first insurer to offer a service charter
- to launch our new “Service Charter”, which promises clients that “we are always there and that it is always a pleasure”.
