TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No member of Auto & General and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members
of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter any of the competitions hosted partly or in whole by Auto & General.
- By electing to receive future competition or promotional news you agree to receive communication from Upstream Advertising and our associated brands.
- Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable.
- Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by Auto & General, participants further agree to be bound by our internet terms and conditions which are set out on this web page.
- The winner agrees to co-operate with the A&G in participating in any public relations exposure.
- The competition is only open to South African citizens and proof of citizenship will need to be presented by way of either a valid South African identity document or valid driver’s licence.
- No persons under 18 years of age may enter.
- Participants have to SMS the words AUTO & GENERAL to 42579, before 15 April 2010 in order to be entered into the draw. Standard SMS rates apply.
- The winners will be drawn and notified by 15 April 2010.
- The winners will be notified telephonically.
- The winner must collect their prize from:
