Auto & General increases SA-csi Score

 

When announcing the 2019 South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SA-csi) for Short-term Insurance, Consulta noted that technology will change and evolve, but the fundamentals of being relevant and responsive to customer needs and wants on every aspect of the customer journey remain steadfast.

 

We couldn’t agree more.

 

Like Ineke Prinsloo, Head of Customer Insights at Consulta said – it’s this humanness that is critically important to customers, as illustrated by the results of the latest index.

 

We’re proud to inform you that Auto & General Insurance again scored extremely well in the short-term insurance industry and has increased its SA-csi score from 74.8 to 78.4.

 

This means that there is a much closer alignment between what Auto & General promises and the actual customer service experience it delivers. While this is certainly commendable, we are committed to further improving on this result through integrated and focused customer centric strategies, systems and processes.

 

Proof resides in our broker service pledge, which ultimately guarantees the highest level of service to you, our broker and your customers.

 

We’re also incredibly proud that our Virseker brand, a product of Auto & General, came up tops in the index for the third consecutive year with a score of 83.2, and also improving on its 2018 score of 80.7.
