What happens if I miss a service?

Missing a scheduled service may affect your cover and the validity of future claims.

What doesn’t a service plan cover?

Repairs caused by breakdowns, wear and tear outside of scheduled servicing, fluid top-ups between services, and maintenance not included in your manufacturers service schedule wont be covered.

Can I get a service plan with no waiting period?

No. Your service plan includes a 90-day waiting period before your first service can be claimed.

Can I extend my current car service plan?

Yes, in certain cases you may be able to take out an extended car service plan before your current plan expires. The duration of your service plan depends on the number of services selected when taking out your cover.
