What is Broadform Liability Insurance?
With Broadform Liability Insurance, businesses have the benefit of being covered for both public liability and product liability/defective claims. It covers the insured’s business for loss or damages a third party suffers as a result of its business activities.
Broadform Liability Insurance covers the following:
- Public liability, which covers legal liability from business operations and premises;
- Pollution liability cover arising from a sudden and accidental cause;
- Product liability cover for harm caused by defective products or workmanship; and
- Optional extensions, which can be bought to cater for more specific risks of individual companies.
