Our advisors will troubleshoot your computers and attempt to resolve issues remotely, including the installation of printers, connecting of new equipment, and installing software. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our team will dispatch a technician to your premises. Note: This dispatch service is billed separately directly to you at negotiated rates.

 

The service is available Mondays to Fridays, from 08:00 to 17:00.
