Theft cover
If your watercraft is stolen, you will be covered for the value listed on your policy.
Cover for standard fittings and accessories
For additional peace of mind, your watercraft’s machinery, motors, standard fittings, gear, equipment, and fitted accessories are all insured.
Cover afloat and ashore
Your watercraft is insured whether it’s out on the water, at the dock or on dry land.
Accident and third party cover
In addition to theft cover, you also enjoy accident and third party cover. This means that we’ll cover both the damage to your watercraft and any damage to a third party’s watercraft too.
Cover within SADC borders
Your comprehensive cover is fully valid as long as you stay within the borders of South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland and Zimbabwe.
Optional water skier liability cover
This includes cover for the waterskier if he/she is responsible for the accidental death of or injury to another waterskier. It also includes cover for loss of or damage to the property of others, caused by the waterskier. In both these instances, the cover would apply when the waterskier is being towed by a watercraft.
Cost of locating your watercraft
If your craft is stranded, lost or in an accident, we will pay to locate and return it to the nearest dealer.
Salvage and delivery
This is cover for any costs (within reason) that you incur in trying to prevent further loss or damage to your watercraft.
Accident and third party cover
You will be covered for accidental damage to your watercraft, as well as injury or death of another person and/or damage to their property, caused by your craft.
